I recently stayed for 1 night with my family and had a great experience! The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and air-conditioned, making it a comfortable spot. The breakfast was a nice treat, offering a good selection to start the day right. Plus, everything felt clean and fresh, just like a home away from home!

The pool was unexpectedly closed during our stay.

The pool was closed for maintenance upon arrival, causing disappointment for kids eager to swim. Additionally, there were issues with room keys requiring a room switch, and the A/C felt damp, affecting comfort in the room. Dirty walls and used washcloths left from the previous guest raised concerns about cleanliness too.

The complimentary breakfast had an impressive variety, including smoothies that our kids absolutely loved!

On check-in, our room keys malfunctioned multiple times, which was frustrating and required us to visit the front desk several times.

The new building impressed me the most clean and nicely designed with an excellent room selection making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Breakfast was a nice treat with decent options that started my day right.

Checked into a noisy environment with disturbances from children in the hallways and overly noisy housekeeping staff disrupting our peace. Staff interactions were frustrating showing little responsiveness towards our concerns during our visit.

absolutely shocked by the lack of care at this hampton inn. my room was filthy with used washcloths from previous guests and the pool was closed for maintenance which they didn't promptly address. as a guest, i expected some form of special treatment for my troubles, yet received nada. maybe that’s what you get for staying here.

The staff really went above and beyond for us, even sending a few thoughtful care packages up to our room. We stayed with my brother, and the spacious rooms were perfect for relaxing after catching a flick at the nearby Carmike Movie Theatre.

We really loved our stay! The indoor pool was a great place to unwind, and the saltwater pool was super relaxing. Just a heads-up, our room could’ve used a bit more thorough cleaning, but it didn’t take away from the great experience overall. 🏊‍♀️

This hotel suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like a fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, and free wi-fi. The staff assisted me with printing on my first stay, and their efficiency makes my visits enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for Easter!
